Look back at Liverpool's biggest celebrity weddings
Some were lavish affairs with huge guest lists and even bigger budgets - others happened in the blink of an eye with minimum fuss and no magazine deal.
But each of these celebrity weddings were memorable in their own right, for better or worse.
While some are still going strong years later, others sadly failed to stand the test of time.
The Liverpool model and former Reds striker got married on June 30, 2011 at Stapleford Park Hotel in Leicestershire.

The couple shunned offers of a magazine deal and happily posed for photographers in the grounds of the four star venue.
Abbey wore a white strapless Giles Deacon gown, believed to cost £10,000, and looked stunning just three months after giving birth to the couple’s first child Sophia.
The couple have since had a second daughter, Liberty Rose , who was born in 2015.
After getting together when they were both school kids in Croxteth , Coleen - then McLoughlin - and Wayne tied the knot on June 12, 2008.
The four day celebration took place in Santa Magherita Ligure, Italy and was rumoured to cost an eye-watering £5 million.
Coleen wore a custom made Marchesa gown with intricate tiers of pleated silk fans and white Christian Louboutin heels, while Wayne opted for a brown suit and no tie.
After Coleen arrived at the ceremony in a luxury yacht, the couple wed in front of just a handful of people, before going on to a nearby medieval abbey just outside Portofino for a Catholic service and reception attended by around 65 guests.
The celebrations were then said to have continued with a masked ball on board an £80 million yacht and a pizza party.
Cilla looked every inch a star of the swinging sixties when she married her beloved Bobby on March 6, 1969.
The late singer and TV star wore a white mini dress with dramatic feather details and knee-high platform boots for the ceremony at St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Woolton - the same place where she was buried in August 2015.
The couple were joined by family and friends for the celebration which was followed by a traditional wedding breakfast at the Adelphi .
The event was the couple’s second set of nuptials after saying their vows at Marylebone Register Office in London earlier the same year.
Steven Gerrard and Alex Curran
The former Liverpool captain wed his blushing bride at the Cliveden House Hotel in Berkshire.
The couple’s daughters Lexie and Lilly Ella were bridesmaids, while best man duties went to Steven’s former team mate Danny Murphy.
Alex’s dress was a diamond-studded off-white gown by Elie Saab, reported to have cost £60,000.
Guests included Jamie Carragher , Peter Crouch, Rio Ferdinand, Jamie Redknapp, Michael Owen, Robbie Fowler, Ashley Cole and his then-wife Cheryl.
The £20,000 cake was said to be so big a step ladder was needed to cut it and the day ended with a spectacular fireworks display.
Liverpool actress Jennifer and boxer Robbie married in a sun soaked ceremony in Mauritius on October 10, 2009.
Jennifer was six months pregnant at the time and the couple were said to have only been joined by two witnesses at the secret ceremony in the garden of the Four Seasons Hotel.
The actress wore a simple strapless Jenny Packham dress, which beautifully skimmed over her bump, and a pretty jewelled headband.
The couple now have three sons, Bobby, Harry and Charlie.
The former Beatles star married his third wife Nancy, at Marylebone Register Office in October 9, 2011.
The couple wed in front of 30 guests with Paul donning a smart navy suit and Nancy wearing a demure knee length dress, designed by her future step-daughter Stella.
After the low-key ceremony, the couple happily greeted the crowd that had gathered outside and posed for photographs.
Sir Paul and Nancy married at the same venue where the Beatle wed his first wife Linda Eastman, on March 12, 1969. The Fab Four singer and songwriter went on to marry Heather Mills in 2002 but the couple had an acrimonious divorce in 2008.
